(FICTION) Welcome to season two of Hosts of Eden, a serial, science-fiction podcast written and performed by storyteller Jay Mcfarland.
The story picks up in the not-too-distant future, at a military installation under attack from a very strange enemy. A man in uniform drives along a dark, twisty road at night when someone runs out in front of his vehicle. Somehow, this person or thing is able to transfer from one person's body to the next - leaving a trail of dead bodies behind her on this post. What is this strange creature after? How many will die before we find out what the changeling stranger is after? What's with the strange glow that appears on her victims' necks? Most troubling, how do you stop someone from thwarting your security if they can just become the person who has the access they need?
