Clementine Hartson is the founder of Project Kindness, a Sydney-based volunteer-run organisation with a heart to provide essential resources and foster connections for people in need.

As a firm believer in the transformative power of kindness, Clementine was determined to do something that would make a tangible difference - by providing resources but also, through cultivating connections and community support.

And it all started with one simple idea.

"A few years ago now, I was working with people in support homes who were living really quite dark and depressing lives," Clementine told Hope 103.2.
