Hoops Talk w/Allen Sliwa dives into Luka Dončić’s MVP-caliber start to the 2026-27 NBA season and what’s making the Lakers one of the biggest stories in the Western Conference. How sustainable is Luka’s incredible production, and how much better can the Lakers get as the team continues building chemistry?

We also discuss the Lakers’ ongoing chemistry and rotation adjustments, areas where the team still needs to improve, and the latest developments surrounding the New Orleans Pelicans. Could the Pelicans situation create an opportunity for the Lakers? What should Los Angeles be monitoring as the NBA season unfolds?
