An investigation is underway into Joe Biden's handling of classified documents.
US Attorney General Merrick Garland has appointed Special Counsel Robert Hur to investigate the President.
The announcement came after Biden confirmed a second batch of files, believed to include US intelligence memos from Biden's time as Vice President, were found in the garage of his Delaware home.
Garland says Hur will have the power to independently investigate whether any person or entity, including the president, broke the law.
US correspondent Richard Arnold joined Tim Dower.
