Mackay's Darren Parkins talks us through his traumatic rescuing on October 26th of last year. Darren was boating 40ks of the coast of Mackay Harbour when disaster hit. Darren's father William tragically lost his life in the accident and if it weren't for the RACQ CQ Rescue helicopter it's very likely he would have lost his too.
