Going through life changes can feel super uncomfortable: starting a new job or finishing an old job, retiring, becoming an empty nester, new people in your team, a new boss at work, death in a family, world pandemics….

Sure, no one likes feeling uncomfortable, but it’s a big part of improving your performance, creativity and learning in the long run. However, many people struggle with, and even avoid change.

Kinesiologist, Presenter and Author, Bernadette O’Connor, joins Mel in this episode to talk about why change feels so uncomfortable, how it manifests in our body and how we can use our energy to move through the un-comfortableness of change.
