Chrissy Pascua-Povey, a native New Yorker, made the move to the Philadelphia suburbs in 2014 after being recruited to work at a local children's hospital.

Now, the Media area is where she calls home, living there with her husband.

Chrissy's wedding was a magical event that reflected her lifelong creative passions, sparking an idea - to channel these talents into starting her own business.

That business is Pomp + Splendor by Chrissy, a bespoke decorated cookie bakery.

Since launching her business, Chrissy has received much recognition and recently announced that she will be a contestant on Season 6 of the Food Network’s Holiday Wars.

As a passionate crafter, Chrissy was driven by a desire to create cookies that not only taste incredible, but also serve as works of art.

Leveraging her natural eye for detail, color, and design, Chrissy's cookies have earned recognition within her local community and on Food Network's Holiday Wars - a thrilling next chapter in her journey of sweet success.
