Bonnie-Jill is a pioneer for women who loves sports.  She has the recognition of being THE FIRST female scout in the NBA.

"Her Story" is an empowering podcast featuring some of East Tennessee’s most influential women. Each interview is unique and inspirational. Our communities and our lives are being changed by strong women all around us who continue to break down walls and defy stereotypes.  There are impactful female leaders in every aspect of life - and right here in our own backyard.  We'll talk to ladies with backgrounds that range from the CEO who runs her own business, to the teacher who makes a difference in our children’s lives;  the stay at home mom who offers strength to her family, and the community activist fighting for a cause.  In six complete years at the helm of Tennessee women's basketball, Coach Holly Warlick has built a very impressive résumé in her young coaching career.  Her worksheet contains accomplishments few coaches have achieved in their entire careers, much less as first-time head coaches. 



  COACHWARLICK RANKS AMONG THE NATION'S TOP COACHES:
 

  Eleven Lady Vols have been taken in the WNBA Draft in Warlick's six seasons.
 

  Warlick has continued the Lady Vols' 100-percent graduation rate for players who have completed their collegiate careers at Tennessee.
 

  Only three schools have reached the NCAA Elite Eight more times in the past six seasons than the Lady Vols, who advanced to that round in 2013, 2015 and 2016.
 

  Warlick and Leon Barmore (formerly of Louisiana Tech) are the only skippers to direct their programs to three NCAA Elite Eight appearances in their first four seasons as head coaches.
