Drew Brees returned as the starting quarterback for the New Orleans Saints this weekend after he had surgery on his hand. Some people were wondering why he came back so soon especially when his backup was playing well and the Saints are coming up on a bye week. Brees said he’s a football player and just wanted to be back on the field with his teammates. This statement nearly brought tears to Scott’s eyes. He said - hands down - the best thing about playing in the NFL is the relationships you have with your teammates. He misses it so much and explains nothing will ever compare the camaraderie of an NFL team.
