Todd Matthews is a self-declared hillbilly and a self-taught detective, who for 20 years was the go-to guy for the US Department of Justice to reunite unclaimed and unidentified dead bodies with their loved ones. But one day, one of the missing children on Todd’s database gave him a call … to let him know he is alive and well. Now Todd and this 45-year-old man embark on an investigation into who he really is.
