It was a quiet Monday morning in May of 1967 when a garbage collector would stumble upon something that would shock the Philippines. Amidst a pile of trash, rotten food, and broken furniture, were a pair of human legs severed just above the knees. Cleanly cut, pale, and cold to the touch. What was even more shocking was that there had been a similar discovery just days before. 

Part 1 - We follow the investigation as trace the mystery behind the severed limbs, linking them to the enigmatic figure of Lucila Lalu, and the precarious web of connections that she spun.

Part 2 - We hone in on several key suspects in the case, and look into the possible scenarios as to what could have happened to Lucila Lalu.
