The future of policing is in question as Andrew Coster's tenure as Police Commissioner comes to a close.
Police say Coster's time in the job will end April next year.
Crime Prevention Group President Sunny Kaushal told Heather Du Plessis-Allan he's hoping for a commissioner with a new approach.
He says all crime must be taken seriously and properly investigated - no matter how small.
