New SEEK data shows that advertised salaries are growing at a solid pace.
Advertised salaries in New Zealand grew by 4.4 percent in the year to February 2023 during the second-fastest recorded growth rate.
NZ SEEK Country Manger Rob Clark says 4.4 percent wage growth is a high figure compared to the 2.7 percent recorded in February 2020.
Rob Clark explained that this rapid growth can be attributed to a tight labour market over the last few quarters.
