Prosecutors are debating whether to send former NRL star Jarryd Hayne to his fourth trial.
Hayne spent a year behind bars after being convicted of sexual assault - and these convictions have since been quashed.
Australian correspondent Murray Olds says it's unlikely a fourth trial hill happen, as Hayne is eligible for parole next May.
