The PSA has won a case against the Ministry of Education, calling it a victory for the dignity and fair treatment of workers.
The union filed proceedings at the Employment Relations Authority, claiming the collective agreement wasn't met relating to the Government's spending cuts - putting hundreds of roles on the line.
