A real estate agent says she's weeping as she's set to lose her licence and 30 year career over refusing to complete a 90-minute Māori tikanga course. 

Janet Dickson has been in a three year fight for her job - and has now failed to get an exemption. 

She claims the course is irrelevant to her work, politically biased and conflicts with her Christian beliefs. 

Dickson says she'd like to keep fighting if there's enough money. 

"I'd like to pursue this to a point where we actually can get an outcome."
