New Zealand signed up in 2016 - and the previous Government later passed the bipartisan Zero Carbon Act to keep us in line with the Paris targets.

King Charles has made it clear that Harry and Meghan will remain non-working royals. 

The King recently authorised a letter to senior British officials claiming that the pair, who recently returned to the UK, will not use the titles His or Her Royal Highness.

UK correspondent Enda Brady says it's likely Charles felt the need to clarify that Harry and Meghan aren't representing him or the royals.

Growing inflation and a changing economy could inspire Australia's Reserve Bank to start putting the OCR up again, according to one expert.

Australia's current official cash rate is currently at 4.35 percent, but the central bank is due to make an announcement later this month.

The Labour Party has pledged to review the Emissions Trading Scheme if elected, and claims the current price is 'too low' to drive down reductions.

In an earlier announcement, leader Chris Hipkins said the party would make changes to the scheme - and that they wouldn't campaign on pricing agricultural emissions, a departure from their earlier stance.
