Reports indicate the rise of GLP-1 treatments is encouraging people to seek out more nutrient-dense food - and that's good news for New Zealand's open ocean fish farmers.

Over in the UK, Prime Minister Andy Burnham has confirmed the UK will provide 'defensive' military support to Saudi Arabia.

Saudi Arabia has expressed interest in additional military support in response to the ongoing attacks the country has faced from the Houthis in Yemen. 

UK correspondent Enda Brady says this move will likely do well with other nations as Burnham heads to the UN.

Over in Australia, the Reserve Bank is set to make their next announcement about the OCR in the coming days - and speculation indicates it will go up again.

Australia's official cash rate is currently at 4.35 percent, but the RBA will be putting it up at least one more time this year, according to one expert.

HSBC chief economist Paul Bloxham outlined his predictions further.
