Kāinga Ora has announced it will allow wool carpet providers the chance to tender for supply of carpet and underlay in its homes.

The agency has spent the last few years using nylon carpets - citing durability and cheaper prices.

King Charles has made it clear that Harry and Meghan will remain non-working royals. 

The King recently authorised a letter to senior British officials claiming that the pair, who recently returned to the UK, will not use the titles His or Her Royal Highness.

UK correspondent Enda Brady says it's likely Charles felt the need to clarify that Harry and Meghan aren't representing him or the royals.
