Three former staffers at the hospital where British nurse Lucy Letby murdered seven babies and attempted to kill seven others have been arrested on suspicion of gross negligence manslaughter.
The trio worked on the senior leadership team at the Countess of Chester Hospital between 2015 and 2016.
