Nigel Farage’s party Reform UK is to unveil details of a plan to slash the benefits bill.

Foreign nationals would be excluded from most benefits - and this would include EU nationals with settled status in the UK. 

UK correspondent Gavin Grey says the party has estimated this policy would save £21bn a year by its fifth year.
