British police have launched a manhunt for two wrongly-freed prisoners, including an Algerian sex offender.
London's Metropolitan Police force said in a statement it was looking for the 24-year-old suspect after he was released in error.
UK correspondent Enda Brady says this is concerning for the Government, who are on the defence after this incident.
