Chancellor Rachel Reeves had to hit back at a heckler while trying to answer questions from the media at a stand-up.
Reeves was announcing that a planned increase in fuel duty would be scrapped to help consumers at a petrol station - while a man yelled pro-Reform comments from his truck.
