Northern Ireland's police chief has confirmed data released in an accidental breach is in the hands of dissident republicans.
The names, locations, ranks or grades, and units of over 10,000 Police Service of Northern Ireland employees had been leaked through human error.
UK correspondent Enda Brady says there was an earlier incident where a document containing information from the breach was posted on a wall in Belfast- with a threatening note.
