Confidence snow sports will continue to thrive in New Zealand, despite the Winter Games being put on ice due to an avalanche of rising costs.
CEO of Snow Sports NZ, Nic Cavanagh, admits losing the Games after 15 years is a big blow, but he's confident top athletes will still visit during the winter months.
