The United Auto Workers union has taken swift legal action against Donald Trump and Elon Musk following some comments they made during the infamous X livestream.
The organisation is filing federal labour charges after Musk and Trump allegedly threatened and intimidated workers who chose to strike.
US correspondent Dan Mitchinson says this won't help Trump's bid for the presidency.
