The Court of Appeal has overturned a High Court decision, that had said the Waitangi Tribunal couldn't summon Minister Karen Chhour.

But despite the ruling, it's too late for the Tribunal to call her to front up.

This comes after Harry and Meghan moved back to the UK, and enrolled their children in school for only two days after security concerns were raised.

UK correspondent Enda Brady says this incident was a 'naïve' move on Meghan's part, and she should have gotten a burner phone.
