A video leaked to the Herald shows senior official Catherine Law telling staff to avoid written responses referencing the Minister's office, showing backwards and forwards communications.

Newstalk ZB senior political correspondent Barry Soper says Labour has been quick to condemn this incident, and accused the Government of being 'deceitful' and 'corrupt'.
