Labour says MBIE's chief executive should lose his job after revelations he misled a Parliament committee.
Officials, including CEO Nic Blakely, suggested at a hearing this year a biometrics upgrade project was continuing after it had been scrapped.
A Privileges Committee report's labelled that misleading - and Blakely's offer to resign was declined.

Newstalk ZB senior political correspondent Barry Soper says Twyford has a point about this - given that the public needs to trust politicians.
