1 1/2 lbs broccoli cut into bite-size pieces
2 TBS all-purpose flour
1 stick butter
1 (12oz) can evaporated milk
2 cans of mushroom soup
2/3 cups water
1 (15oz) jar of cheese whiz
In a saucepan over low heat, steam broccoli until tender, about 10 minutes. In top of double boiler, combine flour, butter, and evap milk. Stir until smooth. Add soup, water, and cheese. Heat until cheese melts; then stir in broccoli. Simmer about 15 to 20 minutes until thickened.
