When we dedicate ourselves to a positive practice for 21 days, it has a profound effect on our psyche and wellbeing. Leonie spent 21 days telling herself that she loved the woman she was. It led to a greater sense of self-empowerment and belief. 
You can’t hold on to people and pain that are toxic to your heart, or you’ll get sick. You have to let them / it go.
