Often there is very poor relationship advice given, such as, plus sized women being told that if they lose weight then they’ll attract their ideal partner. Visual physical 
attraction is in the eye of the beholder and is only a tiny fraction of what creates a healthy relationship. It is far more fulfilling and valuable for our hearts to connect.
Draft a list of what you want in a partner and be as specific as you can. List the qualities that matter to you most, ones that you can’t imagine being without. Then write a story about the life you want with your prospective partner.
Be prepared to embrace your differences. Sometimes the differences between you, be it religion, politics, lifestyle or personality, can keep a relationship alive. It may create challenges, but it can also help a relationship to grow and be more diverse and interesting.
Don’t overthink your relationship. By constantly analysing yourself and your relationship, you can lower your energy frequency. Only by 'letting go' can we be our true selves. The being that emerges when we trust and let down our guards, it is this person with whom our partners have the 'real' healthy relationship.
By self-affirming the right to receive compliments with grace and gratitude, we can align our energy in such a way that we continue to attract more compliments. 
Make sure you love yourself. Too often we look in the mirror and focus only on our perceived faults. Instead focus on all your strengths and all the good things you see and keep affirming all the positives.
