The effects of lockdown are still being felt, but perhaps more so upon the relationships we have with others. Some have been separated from those they love, whilst others have been forced into living 24/7 in close quarters together. In this week’s episode, Lyn and her special guest, relationship expert Constantina Stamou, discuss the many ways in which lockdown has impacted the connections with our nearest & dearest.
