We inherit a lot from our parents: our appearance, our personalities, and sometimes even our faith. But eventually, each of us has to wrestle with what we believe and discover a faith of our own.

Following Jesus doesn’t mean pretending to have every answer. It means being willing to ask honest questions, bring our doubts to God, study Scripture, and seek wisdom from people we trust. God isn’t afraid of our questions, and genuine faith isn’t built on pretending. It’s built on knowing Jesus personally.

Takeaways from this episode:
• Your parents’ faith can influence you, but your relationship with Jesus is your own.
• Asking honest questions doesn’t mean you have weak faith.
• Bring your doubts and concerns to God.
• Study Scripture deeply and seek wisdom from trusted people.
• Faith is ultimately about knowing Jesus personally.

Don’t be afraid to ask questions. Take the journey of discovering who Jesus is for yourself and building a faith that is truly your own.
