From immersive location recordings t…The Night Safari in Mandai is celebrating its 30th anniversary, and the big draw has always been to see animals at night; lions, elephants, rhinos - the bigger, the better, you might think when it comes to entertainment value. And yes, when the lions roar, it's a sound that inspires awe and terror at the same time. But on my trip, the best sound I captured were Bubble and Squeak, two playful otters swimming and scampering around their enclosure. Be prepared to fall in love!
