Dr Ross Walker speaks with Associate Professor Dr Elie Matar, a Neurologist and Research Fellow at the University of Sydney’s Brain and Mind Centre, who is also the co-lead of a crucial study funded by the Shake It Up Australia Foundation about specific sleep behaviours such as "acting out dreams as one of the earliest warning signs of Parkinson’s disease, shifting the focus away from traditional symptoms like tremors and mobility issues.

If listeners are interested in learning more about the research, they are welcome to contact the Healthy Brain Ageing Clinic at: bmri.hba@sydney.edu.au
