Who better to ask than raw food chef, Julie Mitsios, who gives lots of hints and tips on how to include more raw food in your day - vegan or not. In 2012, Julie opened the Earth to Table cafe in Bondi, the first raw, vegan, organic cafe in Sydney. While the cafe is now closed, Julie is on a mission to demystify the world of raw foods and to inspire others through her new cookbook, Eat More Raw.
