The Sydney based practitioner and founder of Combined Clinics in Sydney’s Darlinghurst has a whopping 2.2M followers on the social channel - and all thanks to his somewhat mesmerising videos of joint cracking - or ‘adjustments’ as he calls them. 


If you’re suffering from an aching back, or stiff shoulders, he’s also got some very doable ways to stay agile and pain-free while working from home.
