Australian comedian’s Nat’s dry delivery coupled with his passion for home-cooked, simple meals (his dad used to chef at the Ritz, Paris) makes his Youtube videos like 'How to Make Quarantine Sauce' or 'Carbo-rona Sauce' or 'End of Days Bolognese’ as entertaining as they are inspiring. 

 

His debut book Un-cook Yourself shows us more of the man behind those dead-straight metalhead locks - with the Sydney-sider sharing his life lessons coupled, of course, with his favourite recipes. Onya, champion.
