Keratosis pilaris is not pretty. These hard to get rid of, red, pimple-like bumps can cover the tops of your arms (usually), but also your cheeks, thighs or bums (less common). If you suffer from this all-too common skin condition it can seem like there’s no cure. And there’s not. But there are some things you can do to dramatically help.
