Understanding how much of us is lean active tissue, knowing what our bone density is, and what proportion of our fat sits under the skin (subcutaneous) versus between our organs (the more harmful visceral) is valuable information to track over time.

Key measurements to track on Dexa:

Body Fat % (20-33%), Lean muscle mass (over 40kg), Bone Density, ALHI or Appendicular Lean Mass to Height Ratio (ALM/Height2) should be at 5.5 for women or higher.
