Dr Nikki Goldstein, a Sexologist who holds a doctorate degree in Human Sexuality, shares her tips with host Amelia Philips on how to start feeling body positive and sexy again, how to make time for those spontaneous intimate moments with your partner and how to start the conversation about spicing things up in the bedroom.
