1. Dr. FRED BUCKHOLD, SLU Care General Internist at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital, and a professor of medicine at St. Louis University School of Medicine.  Face masks are still a good idea at the doctor's office -- says a new study.  Dr. Buckhold says that sounds like a good idea, but he says there can be exceptions.  The World Health Organization warns us not to use sugar-substitutes for weight loss.  Dr. Buckhold agrees.  A new study finds how much you exercise may impact your flu and pneumonia risk.  Dr. Buckhold tells us why.  And the doctor shares his thoughts on why more than 1 in 6 adults have depression -- as rates rise to record levels in the United States.
