1. Dr. FRED BUCKHOLD, SLU Care General Internist at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital, and a professor of medicine at St. Louis University School of Medicine.  The CDC officially shortens its recommended COVID-19 isolation period.  What are the new rules?  Norovirus rates are up, especially in the Northeast -- what do we need to do to protect ourselves?  A new study finds diet drinks may boost our risk of dangerous heart conditions by 20%.  And new early test results show a brand new weight loss drug may be twice as effective as the current injectable weight loss drugs.
2. Dr. JEROME ADAMS, former US Surgeon General under Donald Trump; Purdue Health Equity Director.   Dr. Adams is calling the nation's healthcare system broken -- after a real life incident alerted him to something many of us face -- an unusually high hospital bill.  What happened?  Why is he outraged?  What needs to be done to make healthcare more affordable for everyone?  How do we get more transparency in pricing?  Do we automatically need to pay our medical bills without questioning them first?  And what's his take on the current COVID situation in the US today.  Dr. Adams talked with KMOX's MEGAN LYNCH and TOM ACKERMAN on Total Information AM.
3. Dr. THOMAS SILER, medical director of the Sleep Laboratory and Pulmonary Rehab Clinic at SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital in St. Charles -- and a sleep medicine specialist.  This weekend, we turn our clocks forward one hour for the start of Daylight Saving Time.  What impact does that have on our bodies?  Tips to manage the change?  What are circadian rhythms? Would year round DST or Standard Time be better for our health?  What is the biggest sleep problem seen by doctors?  Sleep Apnea.  Insomnia is the biggest sleep issue experienced.
4. CNN Medical Correspondents MEG TERRELL and JACQUELINE HOWARD.A man in Germany got 217 COVID-19 shots in a span of just 2 and a half years.  Why?  How did it affect him?  Did he ever get COVID?  And the first over-the-counter birth control pill will soon be hitting U.S. store shelves.  It's called Opill.  How does it work? How much will it cost?  How needed is this?
