1. Dr. FRED BUCKHOLD, SLU Care General Internist at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital, and a professor of medicine at St. Louis University School of Medicine.  Is he seeing a lot of respiratory virus cases at the hospital?  Is it too late to get a flu shot?  How concerned is he about those measles outbreaks that are occurring in some pockets of the United States?  What do we need to know about a new study that finds tens of thousands of tiny plastic particles in plastic water bottles?  How bad is 100% fruit juice for our kids -- and weight gain?
2. Dr. GRAHAM COLDITZ, associate director of prevention and control at Siteman Cancer Center.  A new report from the American Cancer Society finds colon and breast cancer cases are rising in younger people -- under age 55.  Colon cancer is now the leading cause of cancer death in men under 50 and second for women in the same age group.  Why is that?  How much of it is due to obesity and poor diet?  What tips does he have to lower our chances of getting cancer in our lifetime?  Do we need to lower the screening age for certain types of cancer?
3. Dr. DAVID PERLMUTTER -- Dean of Washington University School of Medicine -- and Executive Vice Chair of Medical Affairs at Wash U.  Washington University has dedicated a new building housing one of the world's largest concentrations of neuro scientists.  The Neuroscience Research Building on the medical campus joins together investigators in neurology, psychiatry, anesthesiology, neuroscience, neurosurgery and other areas.  What's the benefit of bringing all these neuroscientists together?  How will this impact future healthcare in the area?  What might this mean for potential jobs in the metro area?
4.  GRETEL SCHULLER, managing editor of health for U.S. News and World Report.  U.S. News and World Report is out with its list of the Best Diets for 2024.  What diets made the list?  Best overall diet is the Mediterranean Diet, followed by the DASH Diet and then the MIND Diet.  What are the best weight loss diets?  Best fast weight loss diets?  Best heart healthy diets?  Easiest diet to follow?  Best new diets?  What do we need to keep in mind when considering which diet to follow?
