1. Dr. FRED BUCKHOLD, SLU Care General Internist at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital, and a professor of medicine at St. Louis University School of Medicine.  Hundreds of rural hospitals are in danger of shutting down -- why is that?  Dr. Buckhold has several thoughts on that.  The CDC may recommend Spring COVID boosters for at-risk people.  Is that needed?  Is that how it will be going forward?
2. Dr. JAMES WEDNER, professor of medicine and Director of the Allergy and Asthma Center at Washington University School of Medicine.  The FDA has approved a drug to treat severe food allergies -- including milk, eggs and nuts.  It is called Zolair.  How does it work?  Who can get it?  When should you take it?  Should you still avoid those foods to which you are severely allergic? How common are food allergies?
3. Dr. GEORGE ANASSTAS, associate professor of medicine at Washington University School of Medicine and leader of the solid tumor treatment program at Siteman Cancer Center.  The FDA has approved a treatment for melanoma.  It is a cell-based immunotherapy and it is a first to treat a solid cancer.  How does it work?  Who can get it?  How common is melanoma?  Warning signs?
4. Dr.  NUPUR GHOSHAL, Washington University neurologist.  This week we learned former talk show host Wendy Williams had been diagnosed with fronto temporal dementia and primary progressive aphasia.  Last year at this time we talked with Dr. Ghoshal about this -- just after we learned actor Bruce Willis was diagnosed with the same two conditions.  What are those two diseases?  How common are they?  What are the warning signs?  How fast do they progress?  Any treatments?  Advice to family members of people with these two types of dementia?  How common is dementia in general?  Advice on how to try to avoid dementia?
