1. Dr. FRED BUCKHOLD, SLU Care General Internist at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital, and a professor of medicine at St. Louis University School of Medicine.  The CDC plans to loosen its COVID isolation guidelines -- what does Dr. Buckhold think of that?  What does he know about Alaskapox?  February is American Heart Month -- what can he tell us about heart attack warning signs for women?  When should you start a cholesterol drug?
2. Dr. ALEXANDER GARZA, Chief Community Health Officer for SSM Health and co-leader of the St. Louis Metropolitan Pandemic Task Force. Dr. Garza explains the CDC decision to possibly ease its COVID isolation policy -- saying you no longer need to isolate for five days after testing positive for COVID-19. Soon, you will only need to be fever free for 24 hours and have symptoms that are improving.  Why the change?  Are we still seeing a lot of COVID cases? What's his advice?
3. Dr. DOUG POGUE, President of the BJC Medical Group.  The respiratory virus season is still here -- what do we need to know about when to seek medical care if we have a cold, the flu, COVID or RSV?  When should we go to the doctor?  An urgent care?  An ER?  Dr. Pogue says save the ER visit for when you are severely ill and or having severe problems breathing.  He suggests some good over the counter meds to take to alleviate symptoms of a cold or flu.
4. Dr.  MARC SIEGEL, FOX News Chief Medical Correspondent & Dr. CELINE GOUNDER, CBS News Medical Contributor.  Both TV doctors react to this week's news of the CDC considering lifting its COVID isolation requirements.  Dr. Siegel says he wants this to be a case by case decision between a patient and his or her doctor.  Dr. Gounder tells us how to tell if we are COVID positive and has some tips on how to get a good COVID at home test to be accurate.
