1. Dr. FRED BUCKHOLD, SLU Care General Internist at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital, and a professor of medicine at St. Louis University School of Medicine.  Respiratory virus season in the U.S. isn't over yet -- what do we need to know?  New COVID vaccine is 54-percent effective at preventing symptoms.  What's he think of a possible combination COVID and Flu shot?  New study finds weight loss treatments significantly lower blood pressure.  What do we need to know about these new types of injectable weight loss drugs?
2. Dr. SARAH GEORGE, professor of infectious diseases at Saint Louis University School of Medicine -- and a researcher at SLU's Vaccine Center.  SLU researchers are enrolling participants in a 2-in-1 COVID and Flu vaccine clinical trial.   How will this work?  What are the safety concerns?  Why the need?  How many volunteers are needed?  150 people between the ages of 18 and 64 who have not had a COVID or flu vaccine in six months.  For more info, call SLU at 314-977-6333.-
2a Dr. WENDY MOBLEY-BUKSTEIN, Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice in the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences at Drake University.  We are in the midst of cold and flu season, and that means many of us are taking a lot of acetaminophen.  But we need to be aware of the dangers of accidentally overdosing on the popular medicine.  "Know your Dose" is a new campaign designed to raise awareness of safe acetaminophen use.  How much is too much? What are the symptoms of getting too much?  What products is it in?  How does it differ from ibuprofen?
3. Dr. TRANG NGUYEN, Washington University surgical oncologist at Siteman Cancer Center.  Country music icon Toby Keith died this week at the age of 62 -- after a two year battle against stomach cancer.  What do we need to know about stomach cancer?  How common is it?  How is it detected?  How is it treated?  What's the prognosis if you are diagnosed with it?  Any new treatments?  Any prevention tips?
4. Dr. JON LaPOOK, CBS News Chief Medical Correspondent and Dr. ZEKE EMANUEL, oncologist at the University of Pennsylvania.   Buckingham Palace this week announced Prince Charles has been diagnosed with cancer -- but it is not telling us what type of cancer he has.  The cancer was diagnosed during the King's hospitalization to treat an enlarged prostate. King Charles will now be receiving outpatient cancer treatments on a weekly basis.   What could be going on?  Are there any lessons to be learned here?
