  1. Dr. FRED BUCKHOLD, SLU Care General Internist at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital.  What's behind increasing numbers of Norovirus cases in the United States?  With former President Jimmy Carter deciding to enter Hospice Care, what exactly does that entail?  Does it differ from Palliative Care? What does Dr. Buckhold think about a new study that suggests to stay healthy in old age, building muscles is the key.  Another new study finds certain breast cancer patients 65 and older may be able to go without radiation therapy.
  2. Dr. NUPUR GHOSHAL, Washington University neurologist.  The family of actor Bruce Willis last week revealed he has now been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia.  What is that? How common is it?  Is there a treatment or a cure?  What are the signs and symptoms? What causes it?  How fast does it progress?  Who is most at risk? What about dementia in general -- what do we need to know?
  3. Dr. DANIEL KREISEL, Washington University transplant surgeon at Barnes Jewish Hospital. In January, Barnes Jewish Hospital became the fourth transplant center in the country to reach 2,000 lung transplants -- joining Cleveland Clinic, University of Pittsburgh and Duke University in North Carolina. How big of a deal is this?  What makes Barnes Jewish Transplant Center so unique? When was the first Barnes Jewish lung transplant done?  1988.  Many of the center's techniques are now used worldwide.   How long is the waiting list for a lung transplant?  What is the criteria for a transplant?  What is idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis?  What are the symptoms of lung disease? How important is early treatment?
  4. JULIE APPLEBY, reporter with Kaiser Health News.  Julie writes in Kaiser Health News that the era of 'free' COVID vaccines, test kits, and treatments is ending.  So who will pay the tab now -- once the national emergency expires on May 11th?  Julie takes each of the items -- vaccines, treatments and testing kits individually and answers our questions.  And what about Moderna saying no one who is uninsured will have to pay for the vaccine?  Julie explains what that means.  What concerns her most?
