Pat talks with Yale Medicine's Dr. Lisa Lattanza who is Chair of Orthopedics and Rehabilitation at the Yale University Medical School. She and her team did the first elbow transplant.  She also is a fan of 3D surgical planning and discusses the need to attract more women and minorities to the specialty.
